I am sure you have heard many times that your mind and body are interrelated. I am just going to repeat that one more time. Think about what you do and how you live your life, do not be a blinded human being. Don’t do things in a mechanical fashion.
Stop and look and think about it all.
When you are in a good state of mind, your body will feel great. And when your body feels good, you will be in a great state of mind. Do not let yourself get into a rut. Make a small change in either your mental health or your physical health to get out of it and do it as immediately as you can. The longer you let yourself live life in a rut, the harder it will be to get out of it.
Again these are small changes but make the go a long way in your whole mind and body feel.
